*Shipping- Important Note: If you absolutely, positively have to have your products by a specific date, DO NOT place an order on the website. Phone in your order via our toll free number: 800-222-7837.
ALSO, DO NOT assume that, by choosing UPS Next Day Air, you will receive your products tomorrow.
AAI ships to the continental United States from the website. We ship UPS and therefore cannot ship to postal boxes or APO's - physical address only. We can not use your UPS account to ship your order.

When you choose any UPS shipping method on our website, this is how we will ship your products after we fill (assemble and packaged) your order. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS's website, using projected packaged weights of items, shipping distance from shipping point. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials depending on package size.

YOU will be responsible for the UPS delivered package. We will not issue a claim for items which UPS say were delivered.

Non-Ground UPS service is based on the date your order is filled (assembled and packaged), not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled, then shipped via UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air. For UPS 3-Day and 2nd Day, the actual shipping day is NOT included in the delivery time. 

For packages under 200 lbs we ship by UPS. Orders that weight over 200 lbs will be shipped by a common freight or trucking company or our selection, unless otherwise specified. 

Combined shipments with UPS are an issue of some concern to some customers. What this amounts to is this: if you buy two items and ship each separately, the UPS charges would be nearly double that of the same items packaged as a single heavier shipment. It is our policy with all orders to combine multiple items into the minimum number of containers necessary. The maximum weight ship by UPS is 70 lbs. If the order is lighter than this, and the items will fit in one regulation box, the items will be shipped in one large box; if the items are heavier than this, they will be shipped in one or more boxes, but all the boxes will be shipped in one single shipment.

AAI can not be held responsible for policy or mistakes made by UPS.

Most products are shipped FOB shipping point.

All of our prices are products prices and do not include freight charges.

*Tracking Numbers- We normally will not know the status of your shipment until our assembly plant returns your "fulfilled" order. If you've given us a valid email address, we email your tracking number to you. Check your email and spam filter. If you haven't gotten an email, you can get your tracking number from our website by clicking the "order tracking" button at the top of each page. You will need your "order number" and the "ship to zip code" to get the tracking information. You may request a tracking number via email or call us at 800-222-7837.

*Stock- AAI actively stocks all of the items in the website. We can not guarantee that we will have sufficient quantity to fulfill all orders at the time they are placed. It is possible, at any given time, depending upon demand, that we may be low on or temporarily out of an item. If so we will work to obtain sufficient items to fulfill the order in a timely manner. We will contact you by phone or email should there be any problems with the delivery of items. To be sure about particular items, please call to check on inventory quantities. We will be happy to obtain and stock items that we do not currently stock, or maintain higher inventory levels than we currently hold, should there sufficient demand for such items. Also, our actual inventory contains many more specialty items than we list on this web site. If you do not see an item that you want please give us a call.

*Returns- Our products should meet your expectations. However if you are not satisfied, we will offer a refund or exchange on all standard Non used product purchases within ten (10) days of the shipment date excluding any shipping, insurance, restocking charges (if applicable) or other charges where applicable. You must first call 800-222-7837 in order for us to properly process your return.

If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer representative before, purchasing items. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement. 

*Damaged Product Policy- If you received goods in a damage condition please inform the carrier (UPS) immediately. Sign the bill of lading as products damaged.

*Non-Refundable Merchandise- some special, discounted or promotional offers have a no return policy. This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN" and Albion Allen Inc. return policies do not apply to these items.
